Das Design wurde von der usbekischen Unternehmerin Muhayo entwickelt. Sie hat ihr eigenes Modelabel Bibi Hanum Luxury Silk Ikat in Tashkent lanciert. Ikat Stoffe sind immer handgewebt. Frauen weben bis zu 300m desselben Designs an traditionellen Webrahmen.
Waschbar und bügelbar. Besser als waschen ist jedoch: den Schal in den Dampf hängen oder auslüften lassen. Bügeln: bei diesem Modell unbedingt ein dünnes Tuch zwischen Seide und Bügeleisen legen.
